Learning About Your Strengths From DISC
By now you have a good grasp on the motor, the compass, and the four quadrants of the DISC Model of Human Behavior. You have also seen the power of knowing more details about each of the four personality styles. You have been able to expand your understanding of why others act, interact, and react the way they do as a result of their natural personality tendencies and ways of engaging with the world around them.
What will be even more powerful for you is learning about specific strengths, or benefits, that exist as you connect with others and build relationships with them. All of us have unique strengths and abilities. Some of those come from our inherent personality. Take a look at the table below that highlights a few of the strengths of each personality type.

I know that can feel like a lot of information to take in and it's easy to skim over it without really internalizing any of it. But, knowing this is essential to being able to use it to strengthen your connections and relationships with others.
So, the quiz with this lesson is going to be a bit more challenging. You will be asked to identify specific strengths with the respective personality. (Of course, it's open notes, so it still won't be that hard!)
